14-Day Return & Warranty Policy
At Safety Sign Center, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Our Responsibility (Errors or Defects)
If we made an error with your order—such as sending the wrong item—or if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund once the item is received at our warehouse. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility (Incorrect Order or Change of Mind)
If you ordered the wrong sign or changed your mind, we may accept a return under certain conditions. Customers are responsible for prepaying and insuring return shipping. You are also responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Safety Sign Center is not liable for failed deliveries, address corrections, or carrier surcharges due to incorrect shipping information.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds apply to the product price only and do not include original shipping or handling charges. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Return Requirements
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging in resalable condition. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Custom signs, custom-printed posters, and digital/E-Poster products are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
How to Return an Item
All returns must be approved in advance. Contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA form in the package, and ship it to the return address provided.
